Leadership Practice: Developing leadership skills in practical leadership training
Leadership Practice is a comprehensive, practical leadership training program designed for sustainable skill development. This leadership skills training offers a solid introduction to modern people management, situational leadership, and personal development – specifically tailored for new and emerging leaders.
Whether you are new to leadership or looking to further develop yourself, the Leadership Practice program empowers you to develop your leadership skills hands-on and become equipped for everyday leadership challenges.
3 Months, 3 Modules, 3 Methods
Lead with greater impact in just three months. Through three modules and three methods (e-learning, training, coaching), you’ll combine flexible online self-study, practical, experience-based leadership tool training, and individualized business coaching.
What can I expect from the Leadership Practice Program?
The qualification program for developing leadership skills and training future leaders consists of three interconnected modules. It combines in-person training with digital learning phases and personalized coaching.
Module 1 –
The situational leadership model
You will deal with the art of situational leadership, learn to recognize competence and commitment and to delegate correctly. Delegation is practiced from preparation to implementation to follow-up in role plays.
Module 2 –
Challenging and supporting employees
This module takes a closer look at employee engagement. What can I do as a manager to challenge and encourage employees accordingly?
How do I give and receive feedback effectively as a manager? You will also learn the art of conducting conversations using questioning techniques.
Module 3 –
Successfully developing teams
The focus is on teams, team phases and team development. The identification of one’s own typology and team culture is developed on the basis of behavioral typologies (Riemann model) and group field types.

Questions and answers
We hear these questions frequently. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us.
Can I have the costs reimbursed by my company?
You should clarify this directly with your employer. Of course, we can also issue the invoice to a company address.
Is it possible to buy in installments?
No. The full amount is due upon registration and must be paid in full before the start of the program. A binding reservation will only be made once full payment has been received.
What costs are added to the price?
Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the participation fee and must be paid separately and booked by the participant. Participants are responsible for organizing their own accommodation.
Will I get my money back if I cancel the Leadership Practice Program?
A refund of the participation fee is not possible in the event of cancellation. However, we do offer you the option of attending at a later date or transferring your registration to another person. Please inform us in writing about a change of booking or a replacement person at the latest [deadline, e.g. 7 days] before the start of the event.
How many people take part in the Leadership Practice Program?
As we attach great importance to quality, we always strive for selective and pleasant group sizes. A peer group usually consists of 8 to 12 people.
Can I participate from abroad?
This depends on the phase of the learning journey. The asynchronous e-learning phases and 1:1 coaching sessions in particular take place virtually. We would like to point out that the training days take place in person and you should allow for your arrival and departure time.
Is the program also suitable for the self-employed?
Naturally.
What if I have already planned vacation for the period?
It is a pity if you are unable to complete part of the program. We will provide the documents and e-learning access for the missed days. You can then work through the content on your own. If you are unable to complete more than one module, we would recommend that you choose a different program cycle, as you would otherwise miss too much. We therefore ask you to check the dates carefully and make sure that you can attend all of them.
How flexible is the timing during the program?
You can divide your time flexibly during the e-learning phases. The time periods of the phases are the given framework. How, when and where you want to learn is entirely up to you. Only the training days are fixed points in the program and should be seen as milestones for completing the e-learning content.
How do I get all access and documents?
As soon as you have successfully registered, the preparations will begin. We will ask you to arrange accommodation for the face-to-face training sessions, but we will always provide you with information and support. In an initial kick-off event, you will get to know your peer group and receive personal access to all available e-learning content. You will receive all other learning materials, such as the workbook and toolbox, from our trainers on site at the face-to-face training sessions. The documentation of the training sessions, including presentation materials, will be sent to you after the face-to-face training days.
Do I have to start the program immediately after registration?
No, you can schedule the start yourself. As soon as you have registered, you will receive all further information from us. In a virtual live kick-off session, there will also be time to get to know each other and ask any questions you may have. You will then receive direct access to the e-learning platform and can get started at any time.
I cannot attend the classroom training. What are the options?
It is a pity if you are unable to complete part of the program. We will provide the documents and e-learning access for the missed days. You can then work through the content on your own. If you are unable to complete more than one module, we would recommend that you choose a different program cycle, as you would otherwise miss too much. We therefore ask you to check the dates carefully and make sure that you can attend all of them.
What does a day in the Leadership Practice Program look like?
Investing in your own development is a great investment. But development takes time. In the e-learning phase, you should plan around three hours in total, spread over two weeks, before the training. That’s around 15 minutes per day. The face-to-face training sessions require a total of six days of your time, divided into three blocks of two days. You can arrange the coaching sessions individually with your coach – here you invest two times 50 minutes each in your unique challenges.
Can I participate in the Leadership Practice Program even without leadership experience?
What is important to us is your request for participation. We do our best to understand this in advance. The aim is that both you personally and the group benefit from the program content and the selection of participants. Participation should be a match for both sides.
